Wilder Steak Crostini

Total Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 4


  • 1 container of Wilder Fields Sweet & Spicy
  • 1 Crostini baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • ½ cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 4 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ½ lb. beef tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • Capers
  • Freshly grated Parmesan

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Arrange your baguette slices on two large rimmed baking sheets; brush both sides with oil and season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Bake until golden, 10-12 minutes, rotating sheets halfway through (if undersides are not browning, turn crostini over once during baking).

Step 3

Mix mayo, horseradish, lemon juice and salt & pepper to taste

Step 4

Spread a tablespoon of the horseradish Dijon onto toast.

Step 5

Top with lettuce and a slice of tenderloin

Step 6

Top with a small dollop of horseradish sauce and a few capers
