Wilder Global Pomegranate Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 container of Wilder Fields Global Collection
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate juice
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup pepitas
  • 2 oz queso fresco, crumbled
  • 1/8 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp red onion, finely diced
Steps

Step 1

Empty container of Wilder greens into a large bowl.

Step 2

Mix, pomegranate juice, red wine vinegar and vegetable oil together and pour over lettuce.

Step 3

Top with pepitas, crumbled queso fresco, dried cranberries and diced red onion.
