Wilder Blackberry Romaine Salad

  • 2 containers of Wilder Fields Romaine
  • 2 cups blackberries
  • 1/2 cup toasted almonds
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 can hearts of palm drained
  • 3 grilled chicken breasts (seasoned with salt, pepper, and EVOO)

White Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp oregano

Step 1

Combine all salad ingredients, except the grilled chicken, into a bowl and gently toss.

Step 2

Slice the chicken breast and top the salad.

Step 3

For the dressing, combine all ingredients into a glass jar and shake vigorously.

Step 4

Drizzle over salad.
