Caesar Salad Dressing Ingredients
Step 1
Combine Caesars Salad Dressing ingredients in a food processor and pulse for 60 seconds. Refrigerate.
Step 2
Combine 1st seven ingredients in a large bowl. Gradually add olive oil, stirring constantly with a whisk. Add shrimp and toss to coat.
Step 3
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add shrimp to pan; cook 2 1/2 minutes on each side or until well-marked and done. Remove shrimp from the pan. Brush each side of bread slices with remaining 2 teaspoons of oil. Add bread to pan; cook 1 minute on each side or until well-marked.
Step 4
Add dressing to lettuce and toss well. Top with grilled shrimp.
